In the frame of the ToCareMED project co-funded under the INTERREG EURO MED, we are looking for a communication dissemination expert.

Profile description

Professional Profile: Communication & Dissemination

Languages required: Italian and English, Croatian and Slovenian represent an asset

Professional experience: min 5 years in EU projects communication roles.

Tasks and responsibilities

The professional will be in charge of developing the communication and dissemination activities of the entire project, including:

– Social web and social media management: Strategic planning, content creation and publication, monitoring of engagement metrics, and campaign optimisation to maximise visibility and audience interaction.

– Working within the project’s official platform, including regular content updates, coordination with partners to implement new content, traffic analytics, and SEO optimisation to enhance the project’s online presence.

– Content editing: Development of Open Educational Resources (OER), video production and editing for informational and promotional purposes, and advanced graphic editing skills to create appealing visual materials.

– Internal communication and partner coordination: Facilitating the exchange of information among project partners, handling back-office operations for the preparation and distribution of communication materials, tools, and publications necessary to complete project tasks.

All these activities will be carried out until the project’s conclusion and beyond, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering a practical, measurable impact on communication.

Job Offer – Expert in Communication, Training & Stakeholder Engagement

As part of the ToCareMED project, co-funded by INTERREG EURO MED, we are seeking an expert in awareness raising , content development, and stakeholder engagement to support project activities related to sustainability and sustainable tourism, particularly through creative training and dissemination formats.

Professional Profile

Profile Focus: Awareness-raising, dissemination and creative training content development in cultural and sustainability contexts

Required languages:

* English: Fluent (spoken and written)

• French: Basic knowledge

Professional Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

* Narrative communication and content creation

* Stakeholder engagement within tourism, cultural and community-based settings

* Development of educational/training materials

* Coordination and dissemination in collaborative projects

Education:

* Degree: humanities, literature, languages

Tasks and Responsibilities

The selected expert will:

* Develop and produce creative training content on themes including sustainability and sustainable tourism.

* Collaborate with project partners to coordinate training schedules and meetings, ensuring active participation and timely delivery.

* Contribute to stakeholder engagement strategies, drawing from real-world experience (e.g. organizing community festivals and theater initiatives).

* Write and edit narratives, scripts, and educational texts; contribute to audio-based formats.

* Design and support the dissemination of training materials via the project website and other media platforms.

* Facilitate internal sharing among project partners and support back-office tasks, such as preparation and distribution of materials, documentation, and publication coordination.

Project Duration

All tasks will continue through the project’s lifecycle and contribute to its long-term strategic goals, particularly focusing on transferability and stakeholder impact beyond the project’s conclusion.
