In the frame of the ToCareMED project, co-funded under the INTERREG Euro-MED Programme, we are launching an open call to identify a Tourism Cultural professional, Expert in Communication, Training &Stakeholder Engagement.

Professional Profile
Required languages: English: Fluent (spoken and written), French: Basic knowledge
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Narrative communication and content creation
- Stakeholder engagement within tourism, cultural and community-based settings
- Development of educational/training materials
- Coordination and dissemination in collaborative projects
Education: Degree in humanities, literature, languages, economics.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The selected expert will:
- Develop and produce creative training content on themes including sustainability and sustainable tourism.
- Collaborate with project partners to coordinate training schedules and meetings, ensuring active participation and timely delivery.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement strategies, drawing from real-world experience (e.g. organizing community festivals and theater initiatives).
- Write and edit narratives, scripts, and educational texts; contribute to audio-based formats.
- Design and support the dissemination of training materials via the project website and other media platforms.
- Facilitate internal sharing among project partners and support back-office tasks, such as preparation and distribution of materials, documentation, and publication coordination.
Selection
Expert is selected on the basis of Curriculum Vitale (weight 60%) and best price offered (weight 40%)
Curricula are assessed against the following criteria
Stakeholder engagement – field of education
2 points are awarded for previous experience in stakeholder engagement in the field of education for 1 to 5 years, · 4 points are awarded for 6 to 10 years of experience. An extra point will be awarded for previous experience in EU-funded projects.
Stakeholder engagement – field of culture
2 points for previous experience in stakeholder engagement within the field of culture for 1 to 5 years, 4 points for 6 to 10 years. An additional point is given for previous experience in EU-funded projects.
The total budget for this figure falls in a maximum budget of 28.000.
