Profile description
Professional Profile: Communication & Dissemination
Languages required: Italian and English, Croatian and Slovenian represent an asset
Professional experience: min 5 years in EU projects communication roles.
Tasks and responsibilities
The professional will be in charge of developing the communication and dissemination activities of
the entire project, including:
– Social web and social media management: Strategic planning, content creation and publication,
monitoring of engagement metrics, and campaign optimisation to maximise visibility and audience
interaction.
– Working within the project’s official platform, including regular content updates, coordination
with partners to implement new content, traffic analytics, and SEO optimisation to enhance the
project’s online presence.
– Content editing: Development of Open Educational Resources (OER), video production and
editing for informational and promotional purposes, and advanced graphic editing skills to create
appealing visual materials.
– Internal communication and partner coordination: Facilitating the exchange of information
among project partners, handling back-office operations for the preparation and distribution of
communication materials, tools, and publications necessary to complete project tasks.
Criteria of evaluation and resources available
All these activities will be carried out until the project’s conclusion and beyond, ensuring
alignment with strategic objectives and delivering a practical, measurable impact on
communication.
The value of the profile received will be evaluated on a series of criteria divided into two
categories, each valued at 5 points, for a maximum of 10 points. The two criteria are as follows:
Communication and Dissemination experience
Points are assigned as follows: 2 points are assigned to previous experience in social media
management for 1 to 5 years, 4 points are assigned to 6 to 10 years of experience, and an extra
point will be assigned to experience in Communication with interreg projects.
Experience in EU projects
Points are assigned as follows: 2 points are assigned to previous experience in social media
management for 1 to 5 years, 4 points are assigned to 6 to 10 years of experience, and an extra
point will be assigned to experience working with Interreg projects.
The professional’s daily rate will be based on the evaluation assigned, while the total budget for
this figure falls in a maximum budget of 28.000.
